Develop and maintain high trust partnerships with mortgage advisers and key industry stakeholders to build capability through coaching. Your mahi will influence the quality of submissions and help increase approval and settlement rates, all contributing to an exceptional end to end experience for adviser partners!

You will coach a wide variety of topics, including Kiwibank policy and process, reviewing deals with advisers, and ensuring our systems and frameworks reflect what advisers need to succeed. You will also represent Kiwibank out in the market, strengthening our brand presence and building long term partnerships grounded in constructive feedback, strong communication and mutual respect.

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong relationship management capability and lending experience, supported by a solid understanding of the mortgage adviser landscape in New Zealand. You will have:

• Strong lending experience essential
• A strong commercial mindset, with understanding of the drivers that impact sales, service and overall business performance Experience assessing lending proposals and working within key credit policies and processes
• Ability to influence, negotiate and build results focused partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
