Te Tūranga - The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team and contribute to driving growth, strengthening the Tait brand, and supporting sales performance through aligned, outcome-focused marketing initiatives for NZ.
This role connects New Zealand execution with global strategy, ensuring our marketing reflects the evolving market-from Land Mobile Radio (LMR)-led solutions (including PSN) to integrated, multi-technology offerings enabled through investments such as Vital and m-View video.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll work closely with the General Manager of Tait New Zealand, acting as the country marketing lead and a key partner to the sales team.
Key focuses of the role include:
- Owning and delivering the New Zealand marketing plan aligned to regional priorities and key accounts
- Driving demand generation through campaigns, events, and digital activity
- Supporting expansion into broader solution areas beyond traditional radio
- Leading partner and channel marketing activation locally
- Supporting go-to-market for new products, services, and solutions
- Building customer advocacy through case studies, events, and engagement initiatives
- Contributing to measurable marketing performance, pipeline growth, and ROI
You'll also play a key role in:
- Budget planning and financial oversight of regional marketing investment
- Measurement and reporting of marketing performance to leadership
- Ensuring alignment with brand, compliance, and data/privacy requirements
- Collaborating with global marketing, product, content and creative teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
Ō pūkenga - About You
You're a commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys working at both a strategic and operational level. You're comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders, and you know how to translate global direction into local impact.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- At least 5 years' experience in a global marketing environment
- Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in a solutions-based or technology environment
- Proven ability to deliver campaigns that drive pipeline and measurable outcomes
- Experience working closely with sales teams and regional stakeholders
- Confidence in managing budgets, events, and integrated marketing programs
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work across global teams
- Experience with HubSpot marketing automation and CRM (preferred)
- Exposure to professional mobile radio, communications, or adjacent technologies (desirable)
