About the job

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Build & Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling, modifying, and maintaining a wide range of light and specialist equipment, ensuring every build meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

You are a practical, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

• Install vehicle components, systems, and accessories according to build specifications and project requirements
• Assemble and fit custom-built parts and structures with precision and durability
• Modify vehicles to meet bespoke design and operational needs
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and project build targets
• Maintain a consistent workflow to support timely delivery of vehicle builds
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently to minimise rework
• Ensure all builds meet internal quality standards and comply with industry regulations
Follow quality control procedures throughout the build process
