Retail Floor Worker

My Mate’s Dairy seeks Retail Floor Workers to support daily retail operations in Hamilton. The roles involve customer service, stock management, and maintaining store standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Position Title: Retail Floor Worker

Number of Positions: 2

Location: Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand

Pay Rate: $25 – $30 per hour

Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

• No Experience or No Quallification Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers with purchases and enquiries.
• Operate POS system, handle cash, and process transactions accurately.
• Replenish shelves and maintain product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store.
• Check product quality and expiry dates where applicable.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking stock deliveries.
• Follow store procedures, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer queries and basic complaints professionally.
• Support opening and closing duties of the store.
