Duty Technician

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Duty Technician to support the maintenance and operation of our venue. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our building systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently—supporting everything from day-to-day operations to high-profile events.

Key Duties:

• Maintenance and general repairs of the building and equipment.
• Accurate record keeping utilising the Computer Maintenance Management System.
• Operate the Building Management System. (BMS)
• Provide event and contractor support.
• Assist with the smooth operation of events by monitoring and maintaining building services.
• Completing daily building and compliance checks.

Ideally, you will bring:

At least 12 months’ recent experience in a similar role

• Sound knowledge of building operations within a public or commercial facility
• Experience or exposure to HVAC systems (advantageous)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support our event calendar
