We’re looking for an Apparel Buyer to join our Merchandise team and help shape ranges that excite our customers, reflect market trends and support Rebel Sport’s continued growth.

As a Buyer, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, selecting and managing product assortments that align with Rebel Sport’s customer needs and commercial objectives. You’ll work closely with suppliers, planners, marketing, ecommerce and retail operations to deliver strong ranges, effective promotional activity and great outcomes for our customers.

What You’ll Do

• Source, select and manage apparel ranges that align with customer needs, market trends and business strategy.
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms and product opportunities.
• Analyse sales, stock, margin and market insights to support informed buying decisions.
• Manage category performance across the product lifecycle, including ranging, pricing, promotions and clearance activity.
• Work with planners to optimise stock levels, availability and stock turn.
• Partner with Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail Operations and stores to support product launches, promotional activity and product communication.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years’ experience in buying, category management or a similar merchandise role.
• Apparel buying experience would be highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen, with confidence interpreting sales, stock, margin, pricing and promotional data.
• Effective negotiation, influencing and supplier relationship skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, curious and customer-focused approach.
• A passion for retail and sport.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or a similar field would be advantageous.
