Sales Support Executive - National & OTA

Join the RealNZ Sales Team as Sales Support Executive, bringing your energy and love of Aotearoa's greatest experiences to one of the South Island's most iconic tourism businesses.

Work alongside our National Sales Team to champion our experiences across OTA platforms and local agent networks. You'll be the go-to support across sales activities, nurturing agent relationships, coordinating famils and consumer shows, keeping our OTA content sharp and up to date, and making sure partners have everything they need to sell RealNZ confidently. From Milford Sound to the glowworm caves of Te Anau, you'll know our product inside out and share that passion everywhere you go.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting growth across OTA and local agent channels to hit and exceed sales targets
• Coordinating and co-hosting familiarisation groups and consumer shows, representing RealNZ as a genuine brand ambassador
• Keeping OTA platforms current - content, imagery, pricing, and new experience listings
• Managing agent communications through EDMs, keeping partners informed on timetable, price, and product updates
• Maintaining CRM records and reporting on agent incentives, bookings, and market insights
• Liaising with marketing to develop point-of-sale material and supporting the wider National Sales team with general administration

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within the tourism industry
• Strong planning, organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• A positive, engaging personality, comfortable hosting groups and representing the brand at events
• High energy, self-motivated, and just as comfortable working independently as in a team
• Competent across MS Outlook, Excel and Word
• Full valid driver's licence
• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Sales or similar is a bonus, but not essential
