The role
This Wellington-based Document Controller position plays a critical role in supporting a major infrastructure project by managing electronic document control systems and processes. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will ensure the effective administration of the project’s information management system, maintaining accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
You will take ownership of the document control function, overseeing system performance, improving processes, and ensuring that project teams are well-supported in their use of the system.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in document control or information management within a project environment
- Experience using systems such as Procore, Aconex, SharePoint, ProjectWise or similar
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work across diverse teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word
