At Kiwibank, our UX Designers shape the digital experiences that make our customers’ and teams’ lives easier, delivering on our purpose of Kiwi making Kiwi better off. This is an opportunity to join a major transformation programme where design plays a critical role in shaping how products, services, and capabilities are brought to life across our digital channels and tools.
You’ll be supported to apply and deepen your UX craft, partner closely with transformation and technology teams, and create experiences that are simple, accessible, and genuinely customer‑centred.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be an experienced UX designer who is comfortable working in complexity and confident influencing a diverse range of stakeholders. We’d love to hear from you if you bring:
- Proven experience designing and delivering end‑to‑end UX across digital products or platforms
- Strong grounding in user‑centred design, including discovery, scoping, research, prototyping, and testing
- Experience working within cross‑functional delivery teams and complex enterprise delivery environments
- Confidence facilitating workshops, co‑design sessions, and design sprints
- The ability to communicate design intent clearly, using the right level of fidelity at the right time
- Experience contributing to or working with design systems to ensure consistency and accessibility
- A curious, analytical mindset, using insights and feedback to inform and refine design decisions
- Comfort working with ambiguity and adapting as customer and business needs evolve
