Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role based in Auckland (but has the opportunity to travel outside of Auckland for clients). The Bar Staff team member will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and organised bar, and ensure stock is rotated, replenished, and presented to company standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders and processing payments. The role also involves setting up and breaking down bar areas for events, following all health, safety, and responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and supporting team members during high-volume service. We value growth within the team and have flexible hours available.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive, welcoming experiences for all guests.
• Clear and professional Communication abilities for interacting with guests, colleagues, and event partners.
• Basic experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage service
• Previous bar, hospitality, or events experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts, and to stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
• Effective professional communication in English is essential for day-to-day operations & Client interactions
