This is a role for someone who thrives in transformation. You will connect product strategy with delivery, shaping roadmaps, features, and outcomes that align to Kiwibank’s growth ambitions.

Working closely with transformation teams, you will translate business outcomes into actionable change, bringing deep product expertise to design, build, and launch initiatives. You will use strong commercial and analytical thinking to guide decisions, continuously improve processes, and ensure products meet customer, regulatory, and operational needs. Your curiosity and market awareness will help identify opportunities, drive innovation, and enhance customer experiences.

This role suits someone who has developed and launched products, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can influence stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.

For this role we’re looking for a transformation focused product leader who thrives in ambiguity and has successfully developed and launched products. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience developing and launching products that drive growth
• Experienced in working closely with delivery teams to bring strategy to life
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes
• Confident in navigating ambiguity with curiosity and autonomy
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to make data driven decisions
• Proven understanding of banking or financial services performance drivers
• Communicates with impact to bring clarity and direction
