What you’ll do

We're looking for an organised and proactive coordinator to support the day-to-day management of our fleet and property portfolio.

Supporting the fleet manager, you'll coordinate a range of fleet activities, including vehicle servicing and maintenance, supplier management, driver onboarding, compliance requirements and fleet-related invoicing. You'll also support our property portfolio team through lease administration, rates and rent payments, forecasting and general property coordination. This is a varied role that combines administration, stakeholder management and analytical work, offering exposure across both fleet and property.

Please note this is permanent fulltime opportunity based in our Hamilton (preferred) or Auckland office.

What you’ll need

You're highly organised, analytical, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You have a strong eye for detail, enjoy working with systems and data, and are comfortable building relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, or a similar operational support role
  • Previous exposure to property administration, lease management or facilities coordination would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and reporting
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience processing invoices, payments and purchase orders
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
