About The Role – Kōrero Mō Te Tūranga

As the Rosterer - Analyst, you'll be central to ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support Border Clearance Services operations across the Central/South region.

Using MPI's workforce planning tool, you will:

• Maintain accurate, forward-looking rosters aligned with real-time operational demand
• Respond quickly and effectively to unplanned operational changes
• Provide clear, practical scheduling insights to support manager decision-making
• Identify and implement improvements to rostering practices and systems
• Monitor, analyse, and report on scheduling metrics and roster performance to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance

You'll work closely with frontline leaders and teams, helping to solve real operational challenges and ensure services run smoothly across multiple sites.

This is more than rostering; it's about enabling frontline effectiveness through smart planning and responsive decision-making.

You will also have:

• Experience working with data, rostering systems, or workforce planning tools
• Strong Microsoft Office capability
• Experience with Power BI, including developing, maintaining, and optimising reports and dashboards
