Marketing Manager

CMOS - Clean My Office Space

Nau mai, haere mai - this is your chance to own CMOS's entire marketing function from day one.

No inherited half-finished plan. No waiting for sign-off. Just a fast-growing Kiwi business that's ready to invest seriously in marketing, and a seat at the table to build it.

About CMOS

CMOS is a Kiwi-owned commercial cleaning company that's grown more than 10x in the past decade - Deloitte Fast 50 recognised two years running. 150+ cleaners, 650+ sites across New Zealand and Sydney. We compete on quality, reliability, and trust - not on price.

About the Role

This is a first-of-its-kind role. You'll report directly to senior leadership with full ownership of marketing strategy, budget, and execution. You'll be the marketing function - what you build is what we have.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Annual marketing strategy, channel mix, and budget aligned to revenue targets
  • Sales collateral library - capability statements, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal templates
  • Digital presence across SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing
  • Referral and partner programme with leasing agents and property managers
  • CRM implementation and marketing reporting in Odoo
  • Industry events, including the FMANZ Summit - from pre-event research to post-event follow-up

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who thinks clearly, writes well, and gets things done without a team around them.

You'll be a strong fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years in B2B marketing - services, facilities, or property is a bonus
  • Can develop a strategy and execute it yourself - this role requires both
  • Are digitally confident across SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing
  • Write to a high standard - collateral and proposals need to reflect a premium brand
  • Are commercially minded and understand how marketing connects to pipeline

This is not the role for you if you need a large team, a fully defined playbook, or a purely executional brief.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary negotiated based on experience and seniority
  • Performance-linked KPIs - your results will be recognised
  • Weekly pay
  • Direct access to senior leadership from day one
  • Full ownership of strategy, budget, and execution
  • Warm, family-feel Wellington team that genuinely supports each other
  • Flexible arrangements - full-time, part-time, permanent, or contract
  • Working holiday visa holders welcome
