Aerolab gets Kiwis flying. We're NZ's biggest commercial drone supplier - at the cutting edge of agricultural spray and wash drone technology. This role also covers DroneTrust, a sister business and NZ's largest drone certification platform. Both are based in Mt Wellington and growing fast. We need someone to help us look as good as the work we do.

The role

This is a full-time, videography-led content role. The core of the job is filming and editing video for social media, advertising, and training content across Aerolab and DroneTrust. On top of that, some photo retouching and a lighter amount of design work - templates, ad imagery, and similar. This role will grow: as you settle in, you'll take on posting to our social channels and have room to develop more broadly into marketing. You'll spend time out in the field filming drone operations, and attend industry events and demos - sometimes further afield, with the occasional longer day. Day to day you'll work closely with our marketing and leadership team.

What you'll be doing

• Filming and editing video for social media, advertising, and training/explainer content
• Getting out on site to film drones in operation - at nearby locations and occasionally further afield at events and demos
• Editing and creating ad and social content
• Growing into managing and posting across our social channels
• Collaborating with the team on campaigns and content calendars

What we're looking for

Attitude matters more than a polished CV here. We want someone who is genuinely into drones, agriculture, or the technology that sits behind both. Someone comfortable outdoors, happy to put in a longer day when we're on site at an event, and keen to grow. Camera and editing skills are important, but we'll take enthusiasm and the right mindset over a flashier portfolio.

• Comfortable behind a camera and confident in the edit suite
• Some photo retouching and editing experience
• Basic graphic design ability - templates, ad assets etc
• Good communicator, easy to work with, comfortable working independently
• Able to fly a camera drone is a bonus - we can sort training if not
