Operations & Service Transition Specialist

Valkyrie Professional Services is recruiting an experienced ops specialist into a security-cleared government IT environment in Wellington.

You'll own service transition, BAU coordination, governance documentation, and operational reporting across a complex end-user device ecosystem — mobile, telephony, thin clients, and collaboration tools.

You'll need:

→ Service operations or transition background

→ ITIL awareness and ITSM toolset experience

→ Strong documentation and governance discipline

→ Current Confidential Vetting (CV) clearance — non-negotiable
