The role

Working closely with the Directors, you'll help create capacity, manage competing priorities and ensure important things continue to move. You'll be the person who keeps an eye on the detail, follows things through and brings clarity to the moving parts. You'll have visibility across the business, be trusted to use your judgement and become an important part of helping the Directors and wider team do their best work.

You'll also enjoy variety and understand that no two days look exactly the same. Alongside supporting the Directors, you'll be someone who is happy to step in and support the wider team where needed, helping ensure things continue to run smoothly for both clients and colleagues.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing diaries, priorities and commitments,
  • Documentation - Preparation of documents and correspondence from instructions including AI transcription
  • Coordinating meetings and ensuring actions continue to move
  • Managing the flow of information, requests and competing priorities
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Following up actions and commitments with confidence and professionalism
  • Using Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency
  • Supporting the wider team and helping ensure things run smoothly
  • Assist with general office administration tasks as required

About you

You'll have experience as a Personal Assistant, or from a broader operational administration background where you've supported senior leaders, managed competing priorities and built trusted relationships.
