Macleans College is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join our Accounts team.

In this role, you will help provide a welcoming and efficient service to students visiting the Accounts Office, while also supporting our teaching staff and wider college community with a range of financial and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivables – Receipting payments (APS, DPS, Eftpos, etc.)
  • Accounts payables – entering and coding invoices
  • Providing counter services and responding to enquiries
  • Cash handling and reconciliation
  • Other administrative tasks (e.g. Student IDs, Adobe Subscription, etc.)

Position details:

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm, term time only
  • Commencing Monday 20 July, Term 3 (or by arrangement).
  • Applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. All appointments are subject to satisfactory police vetting and safeguarding checks.
