Responsibilities

• Lead crews, managing daily site operations
• Plan works and coordinate plant, materials, and resources
• Manage H&S, pre-starts, and toolbox talks
• Manage quality, compliance, and documentation

What you will bring

• Circa 5+ years' civil infrastructure experience
• Background in earthworks, 3 waters or general civils projects
• Ability to read plans and organise work
• Clear and effective communication skills and hands on leadership ability
• Strong H&S and QA knowledge
• WTR and Class 1-4 licence
• Right to accept permanent employment in NZ
