Are you a Physiotherapist with an interest in acquired brain injury or community rehabilitation and wishing to develop your clinical skillset?

ABI Rehabilitation NZ Ltd is a leader in the field of brain injury rehabilitation in NZ and an accredited provider of community-based rehabilitation for a range of ages. We are looking for looking for someone with a special interest in concussion, traumatic brain injury, community rehabilitation, vocational therapy and/or paediatrics.

The successful applicant will be working alongside clients and their whānau/family to provide community-based rehabilitation.

Applicants Should Have

  • NZ registered Physiotherapist with a current Annual Practicing Certificate and driver’s license
  • 1-2 years’ experience in neurology, and/or community-based rehabilitation.
  • Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, vocational therapy and paediatrics is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with clients, their whānau and the interdisciplinary team to deliver client-centered rehabilitation.
  • Commitment to the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
