Role

• Working on a wide range of projects including- commercial and multi residential
• Working from concept through to completion - including documentation
• Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and codes
• Assist in selecting appropriate materials and components for construction projects
• Site observation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop and refine designs.

Requirements

• 7 years NZ experience within the architectural space
• Commercial and multi residential experience is a must
• Knowledge of the NZ building codes and standards
• Be a competent and efficient user of ArchiCAD
• Strong documentation experience
• This would suit an Architectural Designer or an Architect (registered or not)
