Our Customer Care Liaison provides key admin support to our Customer Care team, with a focus on support worker leave applications, pay queries, timesheets, tracking documentation and follow-up.

You will pride yourself on being organised, accurate, calm under pressure and confident working with high volumes of information. This role collaborates with the wider team, which will see you dealing with payroll, rostering and our other support office teams.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience in previous Administrative or Coordination roles
  • Worked within payroll and leave queries is advantageous
  • Competently work across numerous inboxes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional integrity eg: confidentiality and privacy
  • Ability to work independently but also part of a team
  • Capability to prioritise and manage your time effectively, with well developed organisational skills
  • Proven high level of competence in computer systems ie: Microsoft suite
