With a strong focus on sustainability and future investment, this organisation is currently undertaking a significant programme of work to define a comprehensive 10–30 year strategy.
The Role
This is a 12-month opportunity for a capable Senior Business Coordinator to support the delivery of a major strategic planning programme. Working closely with the Project Manager and broader internal teams, you will play a key role in ensuring information is gathered, deadlines are met, and outputs are delivered to a high standard.
You will be responsible for coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, tracking progress against deadlines, and compiling detailed reporting documentation that supports long-term planning.
This is a fast-paced and highly visible piece of work, requiring strong organisation, communication, and the ability to confidently engage across teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in a coordination, EA, or project support role
- Strong document preparation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports
- Systems savvy, with experience using tools such as Excel and Visio
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines and follow up on outstanding information
- Confidence to engage with stakeholders, book meetings, and clarify inconsistencies
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with project leads and internal teams
