About The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in our modern Karangahape Road office.
Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, seamless workplace experience across Ventia’s corporate offices. Acting as the frontline for employees, visitors, and guests, you’ll ensure our office environments are welcoming, well-organised, and run smoothly day-to-day.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, supporting office operations, coordinating events, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of front-of-house and concierge-style service
- Welcome and assist employees, guests, and visitors at reception
- Coordinate daily office operations, including meeting room setup, AV support, and catering
- Support and facilitate onsite events and activities
- Manage office presentation to ensure a professional and welcoming environment
- Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- Log and coordinate facilities requests, including liaising with contractors
- Provide support across other Ventia corporate sites as required
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a people-focused environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You’re organised, adaptable, and confident building relationships across all levels.
You’ll Bring
- A strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Experience in hospitality, events, or office coordination (preferred)
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Confidence working with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- Full Class 1 driver’s licence
