We are looking for an exceptional Client Operations Coordinator who wants to join our team of talented people already thriving in a culture built on openness, trust and mutual respect.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customers requests in a professional and timely manner ensuring customers expectations are met.
  • Assist the Supervisor(s) with accurate reporting of performance of the agency
  • Assist the supervisor(s) with inventory management of expired products, accurate stock control, general housekeeping
  • Assist the Supervisor(s) with the accurate management of the inward and outward despatch of goods
  • Driving OMS responsibilities within the operations through coordination, reporting and maintenance of related documentation, standards and training

What you'll bring to the role?

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and productive 3PL environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working with WMS/TMS applications (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a team with focus on giving excellent customer service
  • Ability to work and think independently and autonomously where required
  • A desire to learn and improve
  • Intermediate data analysis skills
  • Awareness of inventory management best practices
  • Excellent PC skills with the full range of Microsoft Office applications
