We’re looking for a Territory Manager to join our New Zealand Sales team in a unique

4-day per week role, based in Queenstown.

The Opportunity

This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you’ll take full ownership of your territory, building strong partnerships across grocery and off-premise independent retail customers.

Covering Queenstown and surrounds, you’ll focus on driving execution in-store and unlocking growth opportunities across your customer base.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver volume, value and distribution targets across your territory
  • Build strong relationships with key retail customers
  • Execute in-store activations, promotions and shelf optimisationIdentify and convert new growth opportunities across accounts
  • Manage your territory plan, including travel and customer cadence
  • Support new product launches and drive brand visibility
  • Use sales data and insights to improve performance

About You

You’re a self-starter who thrives in a field-based role and enjoys owning your results.

You’ll Bring

  • Experience in territory or field sales (FMCG highly regarded)
  • Grocery or retail channel experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
  • Proven ability to influence customers and drive in-store execution
  • Confidence managing a large and geographically dispersed territory
  • A high level of autonomy, organisation and drive
