Content Growth Marketing Lead

You'll own Starshipit's content and organic growth strategy from brief to pipeline, plus the systems and AI tooling to scale it. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing, in a team that moves fast and stays ahead of how modern marketing actually works.

What you'll do

• Own content strategy aligned to awareness, acquisition, and pipeline - not just traffic
• Lead SEO, AEO, and AI discoverability; you understand how buyers find answers now, not how they searched three years ago
• Build AI-powered content workflows that improve speed, quality, and distribution without losing voice
• Create high-quality content across formats - blogs, case studies, landing pages, social, product storytelling
• Measure what matters: organic visibility, authority signals, pipeline contribution
• Manage freelancers and external contributors to scale output without losing quality

What we're looking for

• Proven content strategy and execution experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
• Strong SEO foundations, including technical SEO and digital PR
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and content workflows, not surface-level familiarity
• Commercial instincts: you connect content to revenue, not just reach
• Excellent writing with a clear point of view — and the judgment to know when craft serves growth and when it gets in the way
• Comfortable as a senior Individual Contributor who builds systems, not just campaigns
