Mō te tūnga | About the role
As Senior Project Coordinator, you will support the efficient delivery of multiple projects, ensuring smooth planning, procurement, delivery, and close-out.
Your focus will be on vertical/horizontal construction projects, requiring precise planning, strong stakeholder engagement, and consistent execution in live custodial environments. You will also assist with initiatives driving urgent, small-scale infrastructure enhancements.
Your role includes project finances, risk management, and compliance, while helping Project Managers scope, define, and plan and deliver capital projects through the corrections initiative lifecycle. You'll also support the development of business cases for governance.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
- A minimum of 3 years proven project co-ordination experience in construction, assets, or property utilising best-practice methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience in supporting change control, document management, and compliance processes.
- Strong compliance monitoring and reporting skills, ensuring projects adhere to regulatory and organisational standards.
- Experience within P3M3, change, and benefits frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to assist with the preparation of reports and business cases.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
Utu ā-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $104,897 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $89,163 - $125,877 per annum. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
