Commercial Janitor - Manager

Oasis Custodial Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Janitor Manager to lead and oversee a team of janitors in providing exceptional cleaning services for commercial properties. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning operations are completed efficiently and meet the standards expected by our corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of janitors in commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses
• Conduct regular inspections of commercial properties to ensure cleanliness and compliance with Oasis standards
• Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, use of equipment, and safety protocols specific to commercial cleaning.
• Manage the inventory of commercial cleaning supplies and ensure they are adequately stocked at all job sites.
• Address performance issues, provide feedback to staff, and ensure client concerns are resolved promptly.
• Coordinate with clients to discuss their cleaning needs and adjust services as necessary.
• Regular janitorial duties will also be required

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial cleaning experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple commercial locations
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle client relationships professionally.
• Reliable transportation to reach various locations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required.
