We’re looking for an experienced
Personal Assistant to support two General Managers across Enterprise & Operational Risk, Technology Risk and Programme Oversight. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be trusted as a key partner to senior leaders.
Te tūranga | The role
You’ll be the engine behind the leaders you support — keeping things moving, anticipating needs, and ensuring nothing slips through the gaps.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, and day-to-day priorities
- Acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating travel, logistics, and meeting requirements
- Preparing presentations, documentation and materials
- Supporting team engagement activities and events
- Taking minutes and tracking follow-ups from meetings
- Identifying issues early and proactively suggesting solutions
You’ll be comfortable operating with autonomy, making decisions within set guidelines, and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone who brings strong judgment, discretion and a proactive mindset:
- Experience in a senior PA or executive support role
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced MS Office capability (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
- Discretion when handling sensitive information
