Mō te tūnga | About the role
Support people with intellectual disabilities to thrive at the Motueka Vocational Day Base by delivering engaging programmes built around their interests. You’ll create and bring activities to life, helping people build skills, confidence and independence. From arts and crafts to music and movement, you’ll keep things fresh, fun, and purposeful in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who can take initiative, think creatively and motivate others.

- The ability to build strong relationships and support people to make their own choices
- Confidence to work independently and problem-solve in dynamic situations
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to share information in a simple, meaningful way
- Confidence using everyday technology
- A good level of fitness to support a range of activities
- A full NZ driver’s licence

- $24.68 - $30.13 per hour depending on relevant qualifications, with the ability to earn more as you gain qualifications.
