Our NZ team is experiencing a period of growth and we would love for you to join our branded retail client.
We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives to support our customers with their online orders.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering general enquiries and following up on deliveries.
We are seeking highly driven individuals that strive to exceed expectations. You thrive on ensuring the best outcomes for the customer and are confident in conversing with all different types of people.
Key Details
- Casual 0-40 hours per week
- Operational hours: 8.00am - 2.00am NZT Monday to Sunday (Full availability required across all hours - roster)
- Commencing : 06 July 2026
- Ellerslie, Auckland office
- 1 week onsite Full Time training 11am - 7.30pm NZT Mon-Fri
- 2 week onsite Academy training between 8am-8pm roster Mon-Fri
- Hybrid work model after week four
- Full NZ work rights (must be able to work up to 40 hours per week, no restrictions, no student visa)

Technology Required (for Hybrid Model)
- Your own PC or laptop with Windows 11, 8GB ram, i5 processor
- Your own headset with microphone
- Stable hardwired internet connection. (No hot-spotting or tethering)
- Smartphone for 2 factor authentication (no calls required)
- NOTE: Apple Mac PCs and Laptops are not compatible with our systems
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Deliver amazing customer experiences every time in a prompt and professional manner
- Competently use technology and multitask between different systems while actively listening
- Entering customer requests / queries online
- Maintaining accurate customer records

Skills & Experience
- Prior customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to guide, support and convey information to a variety of people
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and understand customer needs
- A positive 'can do' attitude
