This is a permanent full-time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland).
Ngā Mahi Hei Whakatutuki Māu | What You'll Do
- Lead monthly financial close processes, preparing accurate P&L, balance sheet and management reports across hub entities, ensuring results are clearly understood and well communicated.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, variances and key drivers, and provide insights to support decision making across multiple business units.
- Partner with operational leaders, finance stakeholders and hub executives to deliver reporting that supports performance, growth and commercial outcomes.
- Oversee revenue and cost recognition, ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded and aligned to accounting standards and business requirements.
- Strengthen financial controls, processes and systems, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and data integrity across the hubs.
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of five accounting professionals, providing guidance and oversight while collaborating with transactional processing teams to ensure high-quality financial outcomes.

- Strong experience in management accounting, with the ability to confidently manage P&L, balance sheet and financial reporting.
- Solid understanding of revenue and cost recognition, financial controls and accounting best practice.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights that support business decisions.
- Proven ability in managing teams along with strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence building relationships across operational and finance teams.
- A proactive mindset, with interest in improving processes and driving efficiencies across systems and reporting.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or finance, with CA or similar viewed positively but not essential.
