What you’re responsible for

• Collaborate with regional and studio teams to deliver innovative workplace

strategies that align with client goals.

• Build and maintain strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities to cross

sell Unispace services.

• Conduct data collection and analysis efficiently to inform strategy development

and enhance client outcomes.

• Develop and deliver client communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with

goals.

• Identify and mitigate risks while managing resistance to workplace changes.

• Support post-occupancy evaluations to assess the success of workplace

solutions and identify improvement opportunities.

• Advocate for and implement the Unispace methodology across disciplines to

drive integrated project delivery.

• Drive adoption and effective utilization of workplace changes to enhance

employee experiences.

• Provide thought leadership and propose solutions to overcome barriers to

achieving milestones.

• Leverage research and metrics to inform strategy models, including activity

based working and agile methodologies.

• High client satisfaction ratings (NPS) and increased brand recognition among

target audiences.

• Growth in demand for Unispace’s transformation and change consulting services.

• Successful delivery of projects that meet or exceed client and organizational

expectations.

Your experience & skills

• 10–15+ years of experience in workplace strategy, research, or change

management roles.

• Expertise in workplace research, metrics, and models such as activity-based and

agile working.

• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

• Proven ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to

engage diverse audiences.

• Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships at all organizational

levels.

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across disciplines and

regions.

• Resilient, adaptable, and capable of navigating ambiguity to drive results.

• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Acute business acumen with an understanding of organizational design,

development models, and the design/build methodology.

• Demonstrated success delivering projects and making complex ideas accessible.
