We have two awesome opportunities for Customer Specialist stars to join the friendly team within our Advice Centre based in Masterton.
As a Customer Specialist, you’ll be supporting customers with a broad range of banking queries and requests. With ASB’s innovative digital offerings, you’ll play a key role in educating and guiding customers through the banking solutions available to them.
We are recruiting for
- One full-time role – 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- One part-time role – 16 hours per week, working Monday and Tuesday
You’ll be busy serving customers each day across multiple channels, while also supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch.

We’re looking for people who can build strong relationships, learn quickly and respond with confidence, and who are passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences.
Your ability to educate customers on our digital and self-service channels will be both rewarding and impactful. Confidence in learning our products and asking the right questions will help you tailor personalised solutions that truly meet customer needs.
