Project and Contract Administrator

Strong Air NZ Limited is an Auckland-based [HVAC and ventilation services] company delivering projects for clients. We pride ourselves on getting work done safely, on time and to a high standard. As our project workload grows, we're looking for an organised Project and Contract Administrator to keep our contracts and projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Auckland office.You'll be the central point for the administration of our contracts and projects, working closely with our project managers, site teams, subcontractors and clients.
- Drafting, reviewing and helping negotiate variations to contracts, project agreements and service arrangements
- Responding to queries and resolving issues relating to contracts, projects, the services we deliver and the parties involved
- Maintaining and organising all documentation tied to contracts, projects and service work
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, suppliers, owners and other parties to make sure goals are met
- Bringing matters that need attention to senior management and following through on the decisions they make
- Tracking subcontractor and contractor work and reporting any changes to work orders
- Preparing and checking reports on the company's project activities
- Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on how projects and jobs have been performed
- Providing general administrative support to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- A relevant qualification or at least two years relevant work experience in same industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle several projects at once
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an aptitude for project/contract management systems preferred
Ability to work full time,weekends, public holiday and evening shift if required by the employer. Salary range of $35-$40 per hour, depending upon experience.
