What are the responsibilities for this role?
- Lead a team of Technical Product Owners for workflow technologies, and influence and inspire a team of Pega Lead System Architects (LSAs), Business Product Owners and Lead Business Architects (LBAs) combining management with subject matter expertise to guide and influence successful delivery and outcomes through the adoption of our strategy and best practices.
- Champion the creation of comprehensive solution blueprints, which include metrics that align with business objectives, architectural standards, and best practices, all aimed at driving strategic outcomes.
- Guide and enforce workflow technology governance, providing comprehensive expertise to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards, while actively managing their implementation and adherence.
- Craft and steward platform roadmaps, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation within the Pega architecture and technology stack to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and demand management teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions.

Alongside your Pega certification(s) such as Pega Certified Lead System Architect or equivalent, you will have a proficiency in technology application development and support, with a focus on Pega Platform design and delivery experience. You will understand the balance between hands on development and ability to set up guidelines and governance and coach teams in what good looks like.
We also require the ability to understand the new features and future direction of workflow automation and how it might be applied at BNZ.
