At ASB, we’re focused on helping our customers get one step ahead. We’re looking for a senior leader to join our Personal Banking Risk team, focused on conduct risk and ensuring strong customer outcomes.
Te Tūranga | The role
This role partners closely with senior leaders to ensure conduct risk is well understood and embedded into customer-facing processes. You’ll provide advice, guidance and challenge, helping shape how we deliver fair outcomes for customers. You’ll also play a key role in setting direction, influencing decision making, and lifting capability across the business.

- Deep understanding of conduct risk and regulatory obligations
- Experience working in customer-facing environments with a focus on outcomes
- Strong leadership capability, including leading people and influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to set direction and contribute to strategic thinking
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate risk concepts into plain language
- Experience working across complex environments and engaging widely across the business
- Passion for delivering fair and consistent customer outcomes
