Energy Planner

The opportunity

Join our Energy and Utilities team as a Planner and play a pivotal role in delivering critical infrastructure project in NZ. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating work across multiple projects ensuring activities are completed safely efficiently and on time.

Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and key stakeholders you will keep schedules accurate, manage changes to outage and work plans and proactively identify risks and improvements. This is a fast-paced role where your ability to optimise resources and drive strong planning outcomes will directly impact project success.

What we're looking for

You are highly organised analytical and confident managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in project planning or scheduling ideally within utilities construction or infrastructure
• Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling tools
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse data and provide insights
• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders across projects
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

An electrical qualification or progress towards one is desirable.
