About The Role
Fantastic opportunity to lead sales growth across our IVD portfolio, with a focus on building strong customer partnerships and expanding market presence.
- Grow sales across New Zealand and selected Pacific markets.
- Build strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and key healthcare customers.
- Look for new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Manage tenders, proposals, and contract discussions with confidence.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Energy, drive, and a passion to deliver sales growth and success.
- Experience within the industry and ability to understand clinical laboratory, healthcare or life science needs.
- Sound business and commercial acumen.
- Strong relationship and sales skills.
- Pragmatic thinking, seeking the “best solution.”
- A commitment to process improvement and innovation.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing and / or Health Science related discipline
