About The Role

Fantastic opportunity to lead sales growth across our IVD portfolio, with a focus on building strong customer partnerships and expanding market presence.

• Grow sales across New Zealand and selected Pacific markets.
• Build strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and key healthcare customers.
• Look for new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Manage tenders, proposals, and contract discussions with confidence.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Energy, drive, and a passion to deliver sales growth and success.
• Experience within the industry and ability to understand clinical laboratory, healthcare or life science needs.
• Sound business and commercial acumen.
• Strong relationship and sales skills.
• Pragmatic thinking, seeking the “best solution.”
• A commitment to process improvement and innovation.
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing and / or Health Science related discipline
