We are looking for motivated, passionate and results-driven individuals to join us on Sales Consultant positions at our Queenstown based store on a permanent full-time basis. In this key role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to international travelers, with a strong emphasis on facilitating foreign currency exchange transactions. If you are passionate about helping people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Your duties vary but primarily include

• Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency

• Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures

• Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales

• Participation in day-to-day sales activities and marketing projects

We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:

• Flexible to work in late afternoon shifts during weekdays and at various shift times during the weekends,

• Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, customer service and working towards set goals,

• Service-oriented and, always eager to deliver the best possible services for the highest possible profitability,

• Responsible and have an eye for details, and complete tasks with great accuracy and in timely manner,

• Team player who enjoys collaborating with others,

• Good hands own computer knowledge, mainly within Microsoft Office suits,

• Have customer service experience or worked/work in sales activities

• You are fluent in English, your fluency in other languages would be advantageous.
