The Role
This is a senior Change Lead position responsible for defining and delivering an enterprise-level change management strategy across a significant transformation programme.
You will provide leadership across all change, communication and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring a cohesive and stakeholder-centric approach that enables successful adoption and sustained outcomes.
Operating as both a strategic leader and hands-on practitioner, you will move seamlessly between setting direction and delivering key change initiatives, particularly in complex or high-risk workstreams.
Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Extensive experience leading large-scale organisational change programmes within complex environments
- Proven ability to design and deliver enterprise-level change strategies aligned to organisational objectives
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to influence and align diverse groups
- Demonstrated experience coordinating change and communication activities across programmes
- Expertise in established change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear messaging
- Strong facilitation and engagement skills, including leading workshops and senior briefings
- Commercial and strategic acumen, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and benefits
- High levels of resilience, judgement and credibility in ambiguous or evolving environments
