About the Role

Planit is seeking an experienced Senior Test Analyst to join a high-performing team delivering critical infrastructure and operational technology initiatives. This role will suit a strong functional tester who has experience working closely with infrastructure, server, networking, and operations teams to validate complex enterprise environments.

You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of infrastructure-related projects, working across testing strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, and end-to-end testing activities.
  • Validate infrastructure-related changes across servers, networking, command and control platforms, and operational environments.
  • Work closely with infrastructure, operations, engineering, and project teams to understand requirements and testing impacts.
  • Manage defects through to resolution and retesting.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, risk assessments, and reporting.
  • Support release activities and production verification testing.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong functional testing background across complex technology ecosystems.
  • Experience testing solutions involving:
    • Infrastructure platforms
    • Server environments
    • Networking technologies
    • Command and Control systems
    • Operational technology (Ops) environments
  • Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
  • Experience with defect management and test management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with technical and business teams

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting infrastructure transformation or migration programs.
  • Exposure to monitoring, operational support, or service management environments.
  • Experience working within government, utilities, defence, telecommunications, or large enterprise organisations.
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent testing qualifications
