Mō te tūnga | About the role
We have opportunities for experienced or new graduate Enrolled Nurses and Level 4 Caregivers to join our supportive team at Enliven Resthaven in Gore, where we provide hospital and residential aged care for up to 60 residents.
Working under the guidance of our nursing team, you will deliver care in line with each resident’s individual care plan, providing essential support to residents and their families. This is a meaningful role where your work truly makes a difference every day.

We provide 24/7 care and support, this role is 60 hours per fortnight as rostered and will include weekends.
Ngā pūkenga | What you will need to be successful:
- Enrolled Nurse with Current practicing APC
- Or a Level 4 Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent Caregiving qualification)
- Medication administration competency (or willingness to gain)
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with residents, families, and colleagues
- A positive, compassionate, and professional approach
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary slightly depending on whether you are appointed as an Enrolled Nurse or Caregiver.
- Deliver safe, effective care in line with resident care plans and clinical guidance
- Monitor and report on residents’ health status, escalating concerns appropriately
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Maintain accurate records of care and observations
- Build supportive relationships with residents and their families
- Contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment
