At Kiwibank, we’re on a mission to make Kiwi better off by reimagining how we connect with and support our customers. As our Lead Engineer within the Customer Relationship Ecosystem, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the platforms and experiences that underpin those connections, with a strong focus on Salesforce and its extended ecosystem.

  • This is a senior, hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll contribute to end-to-end design across Salesforce platforms including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360 and Experience Cloud. You’ll work across a hybrid environment, integrating Salesforce with .NET services, APIs and core banking platforms, ensuring scalable, secure and high-performing solutions that meet the needs of our customers and our business.
  • You’ll also be a key voice in engineering excellence, setting standards, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring engineers across squads. Working closely with Product Managers, Architects and Delivery Leads, you’ll help shape outcomes while ensuring delivery is robust, well-governed and aligned to enterprise standards.
