Beauty Sales Manager

We’re hiring: BEAUTY SALES MANAGER | BAYFAIR

An ideal role for a passionate, inspirational and engaging leader who lives and breathes ALL THINGS BEAUTY. Bring your strong leadership, sales coaching, team development skills to our Beauty Department and work with major international prestige brands, premium NZ skincare brands, fine fragrances and everything in between!

What you’ll do

• Achieve tangible results through people

• Motivate, inspire and engage others

• Build a high performing team committed to each other and its customer

• Instill great service and selling mind-set in the team

• Drive best-practice beauty selling techniques (events, file card management and self-starters)

What you’ll bring

• Previous leadership experience, ideally in a beauty retail environment

• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills

• A passion for excellence in customer service and sales

• Experience with leading managing large teams for sales performance

• Proven history in managing, coaching, developing and motivating teams to exceed sales budgets

• Strong sales coaching competency
