Details

  • End of month reconciliation: Reconcile statements and records to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Accounts Payable: Coordinate, track, and pay supplier invoices.
  • Accounts Receivable: Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Inbox Management: Monitor the accounts email to ensure timely responses to all inquiries.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing.

Experience And Qualifications

  • Background within finance administration in a prior role
  • Ideally Experience in Xero and Microsoft Excel
  • Confident communicator and able to work in a team
