We’re replacing our fraud incident management tooling with a modern, end-to-end solution that improves how we respond to fraud, scams, and disputes delivering faster, more consistent outcomes when it matters most.
Now in the design phase, this work goes beyond technology. It’s about rethinking and automating processes, streamlining workflows, and lifting the customer and kaimahi experience.
You’ll be part of an agile, iterative delivery journey bringing new capabilities to life in increments, learning as we go, and continuously improving how we prevent and respond to fraud.

For this role we’re looking for a senior business analyst who brings confidence, curiosity, and leadership to complex change. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Strong experience capturing and translating business and functional requirements into clear, actionable outcomes
- Ability to design and optimise workflows, with a focus on improving both customer journeys and kaimahi experience
- Proven experience in financial crime or risk-related environments
- Skilled in simplifying, standardising, and improving business processes
- Experience designing and supporting effective workflow and process management
- Confident working with data, including reporting and improving data quality
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to quickly build trust and influence across teams
- A critical thinker who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with autonomy
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable platform desirable
