What You'll Do

Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
Identify and report defects or discrepancies
Maintain and implement quality control procedures across the warehouse
Collaborate with pickers, drivers, and supervisors to resolve quality issues
Correctly label, wrap, stage, and handover pallets
Process internal damages and report discrepancies to leadership
Manifest orders to the correct carrier
Keep your work area clean, tidy, and safe
Support warehouse operations with other internal tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing
Familiarity with NZ major retailer quality standards is a plus
Forklift license is advantageous
Experience with WMS, TMS, and RF scanners
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
Results-oriented with excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
