Key Responsibilities

• Own month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations across group entities
• Manage daily cash flow forecasting and treasury operations supporting the peer-to-peer and managed fund platforms
• Assist with managed fund processes as required, including liaising with the Fund Administrator to support fund reporting
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly management reports including variance analysis
• Prepare subsidiary financial statements and support the annual audit
• Identify and drive process improvements, leveraging reporting tools and AI-enabled solutions

About You

• CA qualified, or equivalent
• 2 -3 years post-qualification experience
• Strong NZ IFRS technical knowledge, including statutory financial statements preparation
• Experience in financial services or a managed funds environment advantageous
• Treasury or cash flow forecasting exposure preferred
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
